So, it has scientifically proven beneficial effects. Research shows that low carb foods help in reducing weight. Low carb diet is beneficial for those who want to change their overall eating habits.

Although the world is turning to technological advances, but at the same pace human is getting more busier than ever. For maintain a balance between health and hectic routine, people often prefer low carb dinners.  As dinner is the most important meal of the day, special care should be taken during its preparation. Along with its importance, it is the last meal of the day and your stomach has to keep up with it until next day.  So, it must not be a burden on your stomach to digest it.

As mentioned earlier, low carb diet is recommended by heath specialists. But There are many stumbling blocks that can lead to adverse effects and suboptimal results, and of the serious effect is keto flu. Our body is naturally designed to burn carbs to produce energy. When an individual switched off from carbs, body needs 4-5 days to adapt the new situation of, may be, burning the fats. Hence, a condition causes called keto flu.
