Ingredients for pizza dough

2cup Flour
1tsp Sugar
1tsp Yeast
1/2tsp Salt
2tbsp Oil
Warm milk as you required

Ingredients for pizza topping

Pizza sauce as required
1/2tsp Oregano
1tablespoon Olive oil
1 (diced) Small onion
1/2 cup Shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
3tsp Italian sausage
3-5 Pepperoni slices
1tsp Chilli pepper
2tsp Tomato sauce
Garlic powder as required

Preparation method

In a big bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Add the sugar, salt, 2 tablespoons oil and flour. Beat until easy. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a tender dough (dough will be sticky).

Turn onto a lightly floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 6-eight mins. Cover and let relaxation 10 minutes.

On a gently floured floor, roll dough into a 15-in Circle. Transfer to a greased 14-in. Pizza pan, letting dough drape over the threshold. Cut the cheese portions in half lengthwise; place around the threshold of the pan. Fold dough over the cheese; pinch to seal.

Prick dough very well with a fork. Brush with last oil; sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Bake at 450° directly on the oven rack for 11-12 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.

In a small saucepan, integrate the sauce substances. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, exposed, for 15 minutes. Spread over crust. Arrange pepperoni over pinnacle; sprinkle with Italian cheese mixture. Bake for 10-15 mins or until cheese is melted.
